Debby Keeper

Debby Keeper is a multimedia, multidisciplinary artist from Fisher River, a First Nations community located in the Manitoba Interlake area. Keeper also works as a freelance videographer, editor and youth video production instructor. She received her Bachelor of Fine Arts (Honours) Degree from the University of Manitoba’s School of Art in 1996.
