Maureen Bradley

Media artist, curator and educator Maureen Bradley has produced and directed twenty-five short films and videos. Her award winning productions have screened at festivals and galleries around the globe including the Museum of Modern Art in New York. Retrospectives of Bradley's work have screened at festivals in Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary, Winnipeg and Ottawa. She has garnered Best Film awards for her shorts Forever (Reelings Festival, Chicago Filmmakers Group, 1997) Go Dyke! Go! (Akron Gay and Lesbian Film Festival, 1999) and Queer Across Canada (Santa Barbara Lesbian and Gay Film Festival, 1994). Bradley's animated short Go Dyke! Go!, distributed by Picture This Entertainment, won the audience award at the Philadelphia Gay and Lesbian Film Festival in 1999. During the summer of 2004, Bradley was a director observer on the hit CTV series Corner Gas.
