Scott Rogers graduated from the University of Calgary BFA program in 2003. He has exhibited in Calgary at Image 54 Gallery, Spur Gallery, Truck Gallery, The New Gallery +15 window, and Untitled Art Society. With John Frosst, Rogers is organizing AGC Flicks, a quarterly screening of work by local video artists at the Art Gallery of Calgary. Rogers' videos are minimalist examinations of existence, idealism and social structure. Themes of repetition, deception, and absurdity circulate in odd, vaguely sinister suburban environments.
