Finlay Harper

Finlay M. Harper is a Northern Manitoba Cree who strongly believes in the teaching of his grandfather's traditional ways of life as something we all could learn from, and wants to share those values. Finlay had been a storyteller of Cree traditions using puppets on video for many years before studying to do film and video art.
