Kris Anderson
Kris Anderson is a white, working class, lesbian mom, originally from Winnipeg, Canada. In 1996, she began making videos by chance after someone persuaded her to take a video workshop with Women Artists in Video. Documentary has been the focus of most of her work up to now. In 1992, “Queers Are Not Enough” , a co-production with Toronto video maker Justine Pimlott, was awarded First Prize in the Documentary category of the Chicago International Gay and Lesbian Film and Video Festival.
